Each piece is made to order just for you.

Dispatch times:

  • Standard dispatch is within 5 working days, though items may often be sent sooner.
  • At times of high demand, dispatch may take longer—please check your order confirmation for the estimated delivery date.
  • If you need your order more quickly, please contact us before ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate urgent requests.

Delivery costs:

  • UK delivery for greetings cards: £1.80
  • UK Royal Mail tracked (items under £50): £5
  • UK Royal Mail special delivery (items £50 and above): £8.35
  • International shipping: please contact us to discuss options

Please note: All items are handmade and lead times may vary during busy periods.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your jewellery! If you are not completely satisfied:

  • Refunds: Return items within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus postage, within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Exchanges: You may exchange items within 28 days. During the festive season (from October), the exchange period is extended so gifts can be exchanged until January.

Important:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Personalised or bespoke items cannot be returned unless agreed in advance.
  • Delivery charges are refundable only if the goods are faulty.
  • Items may vary slightly from images as they are handmade and often incorporate natural materials, making each piece unique.
